By accepting a space/spaces at Fenn's Den you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of play: 

1. It is my responsibility to ensure that my child(ren) only participate(s) in activities for which they possess the requisite skills, and that they remain under my immediate supervision throughout our stay.
2. There is a qualified first aider on site and I agree to that person administering first aid to myself or my child(ren).
3. Sessions may be cancelled (rescheduled where possible) if wind conditions exceed safe limits or if yellow warnings are in place. 
4. It is my responsibility to safeguard all personal possessions.
5. With the exception of holiday clubs (where caregivers may leave their child(ren)), I am responsible for the supervision, safety and wellbeing of the child(ren) in my care during the session.
6. No personal data will be saved other than in relation to the reporting of accidents whereby an Accident Report will be completed.  The report will be retained for 5 years (in accordance with HSE guidelines).
7. I  fully discharge Fenn’s Den (and all employees) from any claims, demands, obligations, and liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever arising from or connected, directly or indirectly, with my participation in the outdoor activity program due to any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to negligence, breach of contract, and breach of any statutory duty or other duty. This release encompasses all unknown and unforeseen claims, injuries, damages, and losses, and any consequences thereof.
